In his first game back, Yefet managed to pour a whopping 34 points and add in 10 boards to go along with a dominant victory.
Pre-season: Coming off a season where Yefet averaged just over 25 PPG, he is a prime candidate for MVP and will look to put the league on notice that this was no fluke. His microwave like ability to get hot in a moments notice is like no other. He enters as this years top candidate for MVP.
Cytryn has been on a heater! Pouring in 20 and 26 point games as of late! He has a been the most consistent scoring option for Dynamic Capital this season. It is clear that on a team with a variety of scoring options, Cytryn is currently the 1A and will look to make his case for MVP this season. He
Zekaria's recent ability to play-make and set his teammates up to be in successful scoring positions each game has kept him consistently at the top of our MVP race.
Pre-season: Zekaria's jump shot is as sweet as his profile picture. He can light it up from anywhere on the court and will now be at the helm of his own team as he looks to assert his prolific scoring ability.
In his first game back, Mann poured in a stellar 18 points and 12 rebounds leading his team in both categories. He is one of the few candidates to do so, keeping him at the top of the MVP race.
Pre-season: Mann is no stranger to predictions like these. While he did miss last season due to injury, he is without a doubt the most all around big man in the league and will cause nightmares for defenses.
Alboucai just may be the best rebounding center in DBL history. Combine that with his efficient paint scoring, and you have the most dominant center in the league. His recent play has proven just that!
Pre-season: Arguably the most dominant player in DBL, Alboucai poses a threat to any man that takes the challenge to guard him. His offensive post game and rebounding on both sides is consistently unstoppable. Alboucai also looks to climb over that mountain top and earn another finals appearance.
Although he slid down the MVP race, Epstein has the ability to jump to the top at an instance. In his first week, he managed to pour in 18 points and 7 boards. But he is at his best when he is able to play make for his teammates which we will see in the coming weeks.
Pre-season: In his first DBL season he led his team to a finals appearance, now, a year later, Epstein makes his return with high expectations as one of the most pure scoring/passing guards DBL has seen. He will look to recapture his once had glory in the upcoming season.
With the most raw talent out of the new DBL rookie class, Tobias gets it done on BOTH ends of the court. His recent performance has slid him down the race, however it would come as a shock to no one if he found himself the top 3 by next week.
Pre-season: Without a doubt, Tobias has earned the most excitement out of any player this upcoming season, and that is fully warranted. While his offsenive game continues to flourish, he also provides a defensive bravado which makes him one of the most well rounded players in DBL history. While a longer shot, he just may shock the league and earn the MVP Honors.
